These terms explain use of the Walk Up Hero website and important conditions for using the app. Questions can be sent to support@hecano.com.
App license
The app is licensed, not sold. Unless a custom license agreement is provided with the App Store listing, your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. This page does not replace that agreement or limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Your music, recordings, and roster
You retain your rights in content you create. You are responsible for having permission to import, record, and play audio and to enter other people’s information. Obtain appropriate permission before recording or using a player’s voice or details. Do not use the app or website to infringe others’ rights or for unlawful purposes.
Access to a song through Apple Music or another service does not, by itself, grant permission for public performance at a field or event. Follow the music service’s terms and any permissions or licenses that apply to your use. Walk Up Hero does not supply music rights or bypass copy protection.
Purchases and trial access
The app offers a non-consumable permanent unlock through Apple’s App Store. It is a one-time app purchase, not a recurring app subscription. The price, currency, and any available trial are displayed in the app before confirmation. A trial does not automatically charge you for the permanent unlock.
Apple processes transactions. Purchase eligibility, restoration, and refunds are subject to Apple’s processes and applicable law. Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account used for the purchase. For purchase problems, see Apple’s billing support.
A permanent unlock removes the app’s trial time limit. Apple Music, compatible devices, speakers, and network service are not included in that purchase.
Playback and availability
Apple Music playback depends on authorization, an eligible Apple Music subscription, internet access, and track availability. Some device-library tracks cannot be imported because they are protected or unavailable as local files. Bluetooth and AirPlay playback depend on your equipment and connection.
Test your setup before a game and keep an alternative available for essential announcements. Features, compatibility, and third-party services can change. We do not promise uninterrupted playback, compatibility with every audio file or speaker, or indefinite availability of third-party services.
Local data
Team information, audio, and game progress are stored on the device. You are responsible for your device and any backups. Deleting the app, changing devices, or losing access to a backup may affect saved content. See the privacy policy for more about data handling.
This website
App screenshots use sample lineups and may reflect a version being prepared for release. Features and purchase offers available to you are those shown in your installed app and App Store listing. This website provides product information and support; it does not sell purchases directly.
